Conclusion of agreement for cooperation with the Macedonian Chambers of Commerce (MCC)

SUPPORT TO THE NEW STRATEGIC PLAN OF MCC

The Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation (MEDF), on December 25th 2009, in hotel Stone Bridge in Skopje, officially signed agreement for financial support to the Macedonian Chambers of Commerce (MCC), for the purpose of implementation of the new Strategic Plan of MCC.

The mutual cooperation and networking are essential for strengthening of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which is basis for their functioning as organizations of entrepreneurs (chambers of commerce). With the Macedonian Chambers of Commerce, MEDF had already established long-term cooperation. Their proactive role in the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit and culture, and influence on the public policies are one of the long-term goals of MEDF.

Thus, MEDF will financially support the implementation of the new Strategic Plan of MCC, in total amount of 5 million denars, until December 2011.

On the occasion of conclusion of the agreement, the executive directors of MCC and MEDF provided brief summary of their activities for support to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the country.
